Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.

Subscriptions are assigned to the original subscriber and are not transferable to another person, business, account, or device.

If a NeuroAmp associated with an active Advanced Browser subscription is sold or transferred to another owner, the subscription will be canceled and will not transfer to the new owner. Any remaining prepaid subscription term will remain active through the end of the current subscription period, after which the subscription will end and will not automatically renew.

This is an ongoing subscription service. The subscription provides access to Advanced Browser for the duration of the active subscription and does not transfer ownership of Advanced Browser or any related software or service to the subscriber.

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with verbal or written notice at least 5 business days (Monday through Friday) prior to the renewal date.

Please note that subscriptions are not prorated so if you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund of

any fees already paid. The subscription is for Advance Browser services only and does not include the cost of

access to streaming platforms such as, but not limited to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Promotional Pricing

If you participated in the Advanced Browser Evaluation Group, you qualify for the discounted subscription rate. This rate is applied at the start of the subscription and remains in effect unless the subscription is canceled.

Promotional pricing is specific to the original subscriber and is not transferable to another person, business, account, or device. Promotional pricing does not transfer with the sale or transfer of a NeuroAmp. 

Once the subscription has been canceled, you will no longer qualify for the discounted rate if you choose to subscribe again.

Payment

A valid payment method must be maintained on your Shopify BEE Medic account for the duration of the subscription to avoid service interruption. Payment for this service must be made by card. Check, ACH, wire transfer, and NET terms are not accepted for Advanced Browser subscriptions.

If a payment is declined, you will be notified and contacted in a timely manner to provide updated card details.

If your account reaches 7 days past due, BEE Medic may cancel your subscription. If you provide an updated payment method and payment is successfully received before the subscription is canceled, your subscription period will remain based on the original renewal date rather than the date the payment was successfully processed.

Support and Service Restrictions

Your subscription includes technical support related to the use of Netflix and YouTube at this time. BEE Medic

technical support will not troubleshoot any other streaming platform, and cannot assist you with issues related to

your streaming service subscription (e.g.: updating account information, recovering usernames, resetting

passwords, etc.).

The subscription is for Advanced Browser services only and does not include the cost of access to streaming

platforms such as, but not limited to Netflix, YouTube, etc. BEE Medic technical support does not troubleshoot other streaming platforms and cannot assist with issues related to your streaming service subscription, including updating account information, recovering usernames, or resetting passwords.

Content providers may make changes at any time that could interrupt service. Such changes are outside of BEE Medic's control. BEE Medic will work diligently to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
