Requirement 1: Licensed Professional
You qualify as a licensed professional if you hold:
- A mental or physical health license issued by a state governing board, including (but not limited to):
DC – Chiropractor
DO – Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
DOM – Doctor of Oriental Medicine
DDS – Dentist
LAc – Licensed Acupuncturist
LCPC – Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
LMFT / MFT / MFCC – Marriage and Family Therapist
LMHC – Licensed Mental Health Counselor
MD – Medical Doctor or Psychiatrist
ND – Naturopathic Doctor
MHNP / NPP – Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
NP / APRN – Nurse Practitioner
OT – Occupational Therapy
PA / PA-C – Physician's Assistant
PT – Physical Therapy
RN – Registered Nurse
SLP – Speech and Language Pathologist
- A doctoral degree with a focus on healthcare (e.g., PhD, PsyD)
- BCIA certification
Supervised (assistant) licenses are accepted, provided your supervisor has completed a neurofeedback training course and their license information is provided along with yours.
Requirement 2: Neurofeedback Training Course
All purchasers must complete a neurofeedback training course and provide proof of completion (a certificate) before purchasing.
BEE Medic does not offer training courses directly. We have partnered with leading neurofeedback educators across North America to provide practitioners with the tools and knowledge needed to successfully implement BEE Medic devices and software in clinical practice.
